You can try to use superglue gel or epoxy

u mean i can take the frag out and apply super glue and then put back in the water on my rocks?

Yup. Take the frag out, apply some glue on the base and attach it to the liverocks underwater.

Actually I find that Loctite glue sticks better than 3M

A cheaper alternative would be use the liquid type super glue.

It reatails at a cheaper price for packs of 2.

There's a trick to using liquid type, just a drop will do. Also let it cool for about 5 sec before immersing the frag, since most cynoacrylate superglue bonds in 10secs. The superglue will be less viscious after 5 sec, and when immersed, it 'll be similar to superglue gel.

Just bought a tube of loctite. Can say that its not cheap of tube of around 2.5 inches is retailing at carrefour at $3.20. Anywhere I can get it cheaper?
