seems like algae infested.... aside from bubbling surface.... pardon me but may we know ur tank specs?

Looks like there's alot of algae on the LR itself. Looks very brownish.

Forgive me for saying...if you wan to bring out the beauty of your aquascape, I suggest you change it to a one tone backing, what they called the oyama backing...I think...

Actually its reddish, cured ones bought from Clementi 328 $18/kg.

The red stuff on the rocks looks suspiciously like cyanobacteria. I think you may have bought cured rocks with cyano on it.
