mushroom bleaching

Hi,

my green mushrooms is turning white and slowly disappearing one by one. can someone please help.

I noted one seems to be rip off from the base..... any suggestion what seem to be the course? i saw a star worm over a dead mushroom...

fish and buttons are doing well.......... water parameter check and found to be within limits........

please advise.

mushrooms will bleach if not enough light or temp too high.....

mushrooms are really hardy....... i am not sure what's the prob though

maybe you can list your parameters first

I have a similar occurence... one of my green mushrooms has one of its side bleaching... at first I thot it was dying or something... then I notice the bleached part broke away from the main shroom... I hope my eyes were not playing tricks on me... because over the next few days the bleached part turned light green and slowly greener over the days.... as if it becomes another shroom itself...

Is that how they multiply? or just my eyes playing a trick on me?

the tank is about 5 months now. Please advise......

Reason would be very simple .. bleaching is due to lack of lights

what if your light is very powerful and the mushroom is exposed to the most powerful spectrum?? what will the mushroom acts like??

i heard it will bleach also i saw one tank which put its green mushroom on the top.. the tank is not scaped well and i see the green mushroom is bleaching and the lighting is mh

It wont really bleach but rare melt off if expose to strong lights ..

The below pic is a metal red mrooms which hates MH ... and would melt off if expose to direct light...

i got it under control

just by adding 1 yellow tang and 1 emeral crab from Marine Life ....
