Result from sulphur DeNitrator

I guess some PPL know i have NO3 , PH,KH, Ca and MG problem.

I been searching why my parameter fluctuate .

Recently i bought sulphur DeNitrator, after few week, i collect some drop of water from sulphur DeNitrator

Result :

KH = 1 (from sulphur DeNitrator)

NO3 = 5 PPM

KH = 6 (tank)

NO3 = 50 PPM (tank, used to be 100 PPM)

Hope i am correct.

My CA and MG fluctuate due to KH too low, am i collect?

nitrateLock, i have to do retest, will be give result 1 or 2 week later

Bro, not sure if you have done this.

u can add a layer of Mag Pro or coral chips on the top of sulphur beads to counter the lower PH/KH effect. It works for me.

You may also check out some of the product review thread in this and maybe other forum for nitrate filter review.

Just my 2 cents worth.

hi, i heard that if u put coral chip on top with sponge , the sulphur beads life spend is shorter and i know will create another posion which i read from internet, he said cannot run both of them together for long time will cause.....

Unless coral chip is not inside the same cyl and coral chip should be another cyl , best is place at drip of the sulphur.

I think thanks to many pals around here giving me so many info.

I still reading abt sulphur product, because i find that is it not easy and easily cause alot problem if thing didn't do well.
