recently have this crazy idea of formulating a own mixed fish food (something like henry's food), have been using henry's food all the while, but trravelling distance is too far.

So opened a thread to to discuss abt it. after so online searching, here is what i found out:

1) prawn meat

2) squid meat (cleaned) (without the head)

3) garlic juice

4) dried cyclo (But I think the frozen one will be better)

5) 5-in-1 coral food

Lastly, I took 1-5 pour it into a mixer and grind it... anyone got any improvement to make to it....

i use

fish fillet

prawn meat

sliver fish

garlic guard

dried cyclo ( frozen is better thats true..)

spinze (typo spelling, lazy to check

i do not grind it cause will become like a thick paste.. i using chopper to chop all the meat before mixing them and soak them for 30 mins before putting into the freezer.

yep, i clean oysters and clams...not very thoroughly though. forgot to add that i mix in mysis and brine shrimp as well. mix them up with seaweed and cyclopeeze, spread the paste thinly in trasparent food bags and freeze. i break off a small piece to feed everyday. quite potent man. skimmer start to foam like crazy about 10~15 min later

i buy all stuff from supermarket n some from shops

1) oysters

2) clams

3) mussels

4) prawns

5) frozen sea urchin

6) fish roe

7) brine shrimp

8) red, green and brown dried seaweed

9) marine flake food

10) tiny pellets

11) liquid vitamins

12) powered phytoplakton & zooplankton

i normally smashed all dried into a bowl and then the liquid vitamins to soak them.

soak the seaweeds also into it. removed all shells before pouring all into blender and blend them well. i only feed at night and it depends on the population of your tank equivalent to the quantity. both fishes and corals are happy with it and no diseases or stress are dictated.
