Ghost shrimps you mean fresh water one right? Most LFS also have. They usually pack they up already, one pack around $1 - $2.

If you intend to get salt water ghost shrimps, then you may have a hard time searching for it. Very few LFS have it. But they are better compared to freshwater ones. Because they can survive throughout until they are eaten, thus this will not cause any uneaten food/dead shrimps to cause NH3 build up.
