You seem to come across as a disgruntled commercial entity, finding it a necessity to stoop to such lowly acts to hit out at others.

Impersonation, especially when used in such a manner as to misrepresent someone else's identity to create trouble, negative image and misunderstanding is a serious matter.

I suggest to the party offended to report this as a police case to seek criminal and legal prosecution.

I will extend my fullest co-operation as I am also in the midst of a legal/criminal case against some individuals/entities and if I am going to be investigating IPs why not cross-reference all the troublemakers at the same time?
