i have a battery operated gravel cleaner, that i hoped would help me clean my sump, but its been quite difficult to use and ineffective as it isnt able to reach quite a few corners in my sump. anyhows, it should work pretty well if youre using it in your display, as it needs a certain water level to work, whilst the water level in my sump is quite low which impedes its action. if youd like, you can come by to pick it up for free ya.
