how to clean / maintain sand

Bro , How big is your tank and what lighting you re using and also how long has you started this tank????

1) Current flow have to increase.

2) Minimise lighting timing (also see what you ve in you tank)

3) Sand dollar cleans in your sand.

4) Sea cucumber cleans top sand surface.

Also please check on your PH ya.

As it s common on new tank but this problem can be solve if we ve the correct equipments for the tank.

diatoms on sand ... i guess yr tank is less than 4 mths old rite? if it is then just part of the life cycle of the tank no woris ... will pass

get the black sea cucumber. Ugly but very effecitive to keep your sand clean and white. You want one thing (nice, white, clean sand) so no choice get the other thing (black, ugly cucumber) ;)

is the sea cucumber reef safe?

and what is sand dollar anyone got pix of it?
