The best way to train a fish to eat is to prepare a small tank with nothing inside or maybe one live rock inside. You need to flood the tank with food, but of course it won't eat straight away. They need time, probably one day, probably one week. Be sure to remove any uneaten food after a while. But if you find one that really refuse to eat, then no choice liao. It could be chemical caught.

IMO, for algae blenny, if yr tank is small with little LR and without anymore algae, best for you to give or sell it to another reefer before it starts to get thinner and thinner and eventually die of hunger. Not point training as i think blenny is very difficult to be trained to take frozen food or pellets.
