just been there, din see any pickpockets..

but my wife was spank on her butt while there..

I was quite shock n was heistating to bash the thai bugger

to a "pulp friction" or something. anyway he was too small

size, I afraid I can't stop hitting him when I start.

wallet put in front pocket.. best.

alot of fishes, but mostly fresh, marine little. but the little they have, fishes quite big size. din managed to go over all the LFS there.

best to check the prices here before going there. not all things are

cheap.

can buy.

1. cheap lockline

2. PH

Thanks! Erhh.. eyeopeners!!! you referring to the PICKPOCKETS???

?

The market is an eyeopener... there's a lot of things to see.

And its full of pickpockets... my backpack was opened countless times... nothing of value unless they want to steal a water bottle, tissue paper, rubbish... haha...

My wallet was in a pouch slung around my waist facing front... :)

If any of you are considering going to BKK next week, I suggest you postpone it. Its APEC week next week and due to security measures, you will face a lot of inconvenience. George Bush has a 3000 personnel strong security party there. If you're thinking of erotic fun or buying imitation branded goods, you will find less of it becuase the city authorities have been clearing them away to present a nice picture to the APEC delegates.

If you're thinking of going to Chiangmai or other Thai holiday spots, forget it too as half of Bangkok's residents are going away due to the inconvenience. They even closed the city's major hospitals to cater to the delegates. So, unless you're dying, you won't get proper medical attention as well.

The supposedly Weekend market also opens on weekdays.....maybe some shops not open. It is called Jaktujak (pronounced by us as chucktuchuck). Hop to any cab they will bring you there!

Go to Patpong, Soi Cowboy or Nana plaza for the cat show! Soi cowboy best of all! but only for the shows.....patpong if you want shopping as well.

Thanks for the info man....... WHEN WILL IT BE OVER???!!!!

I may be wrong, but I think the actual APEC days are 21 and 22 Oct. Check the papers.

Most, if not all the 4 and 5 star hotels have been fully booked for the delegates too.
