some LPS nearer the bottom where its calmer.

hopefully when i start skimming more...

then trap the dancers...

the buggers very smart....seem to know when something is not right,

never enter my traps so far :pinch:

Wow...can't imagine how much you have spent on the rock alone..such good quality rock!

Hmmm...I worry about that anemone though...I have a feeling the foot of the anemone might actually upset the deep sand bed. Maybe can replace it with a substitute like a plate coral (heliofungia)? These look identical if not nicer compared to anemones...and definitely easier to keep.

Heh...you NO3 problem same as mine...got a shock when I bought a salifert. LoL! :D Can try floating a basket with some caulerpa in your main tank to help with nitrate export.

Always something more important than fish.

Bum,

Lots of potential. Nice long tank. Your rock workis very suitable for an AT! :eyebrow:

My salifert Nitrate always show about 30ppm. My algae in refugium grows like mad but salifert always show 30ppm.???

I think (marine) therefore I am

Bum... your lights seems to be rather high up.. you gonna lose a fair bit of intensity... anyway to lower them slightly?

Wow.. your tank has changed since a lot since the last time... I was there. :D

due to the space constraints...

it was already a challenge to put up the current lamps.

planning another 250 in the centre.

heh heh...

hopefully you guys won't have to come over under

those circumstances again! ;)

One in the centre? I don't think you should do that... the centre brace!!

You would be better off just moving your 2 lamps closer to the centre so the overlap will cover the centre.

Are you planning to keep SPS soon? ;)
