Blue tank

Dear Reefers,

I ve got a problem with blue tank pls advice.

This is my 7th blue tank which died due to white spot. Always been a sucessful in blue tank and my other yellow tank and clown fish are ok. What can i do from saving them?? I do not have a quaritine tank.

first of all its blue tang not tank. from what i know its dying of itch first of all whats the size of the tang? if its only a 5 cents size then dun bother buying its still very unstable.. try to get those 2" and above.. i will recommand u to mix its food with garlic guard it will help u alot on itch... also increase flow in ur tank

Blue tang is a quite a ich magnet. Like bro xersion, infant blue tang has weaker immune system so do take note.

While blue tang is prone to ich, do note that regardless of size, they do not do well/eat well if they find the enviroment is not suitable. While your water parameters are above average, they will still perish.

My general guideline is that I dun buy tangs if I experience death of fish. Introduce tangs only when say you have no death for 1 month or so.

my BLUE TANG is 1 inc in size. Ok will try to soak foods wit garlic .
