Anithas - Changing Gender???

I got a blue eye anithas which I juz found out that the color is getting darker! Is tat a sign tat it's changing gender?

In the wild, there will be one male followed by 6 - 9 females (per group). But when the male died due to certain reason, one of the most dominance female will morph into a male to lead the rest of the females. For fish tank, it is better to get one male and 6 females. But some bros have females changing into male despite the male still alive, I also don't know why.

So they decided to do something about it..
