exactly as NormanH says,

Dissolving a whole cube of brine shrimp in your tank is really going to pollute it, esp as water is not so easily changed in saltwater tanks (unless you live beside an unpolluted lagoon) Saltwater when mixed up from salt needs to be circulated in a bucket or sth for at least 6-8 hours, as the undissolved salts in the saltwater mixture can be bad for any corals or even fish that you keep.

Algae is really going to bloom in your tank with all that feeding, and even then,

your mandarin may not eat the brine shrimp.
