Just bought a packet of live mysis shrimp from WC...dumped the whole packet into my tank...now my tank is swarming with mysis...guess I won't need to feed my fishes for the next 3 days....

My scooter blennies and pipefish are going crazy after them...even my evil yellow tang.

MuaHAhaa...invasion of the mysis!

Always something more important than fish.

Is the mysis shrimp fresh water type or salt water type? How long can mysis shrimp survive in salt water? Since I am thinking of putting some into the refugium and some of them may flow into the main tank by pump. By doing so, it will has constant supply of live food for main tank mates.

mysis shrimpa are not tt small like pods to be able to travel thru the pump..

if they do.. they be minced mysis...

mysis shrimps are saltwater, smaller and softer than those FW glass shrimps.

i just it to feed my adult seahorse.
