OK, i now have it all finished, hooked up and under test run. One small leak, which has been fixed. The Rio 1100 pump is too strong and it caused the Rowalith to start fluidising, so I installed a $5 ball valve in the recirculation plumbing to slow the flow - now it is perfect.

$76 needle valve for bubble control. A bit expensive but worth it for fine control of CO2 bubbles.

$11 bubble counter...works like a treat!

pH controller probe mounted in the top using an electrical cable gland to seal it.

Milwaukee pH controller. Currently reading 7.6 after an one hour operating. pH in reactor chamber should be 6.3 - 6.5 when operating nromally (takes a day or two to get down to this). After 3 hours of operation, it had already come down to 6.9

you mean on top of the chamber? it is just a waterproof electrical cable gland - can get from electrical parts shop.

Hi, may i know are you using Extruded acrylic or Cast acrylic for your CR?

Good question - I forget. If I remember rightly the tube is cast acrylic - $72/metre for 150 mm OD

PVC pipe fittings are from a hardware shop in Jl Jurong Kecil. Smaller tube fittings are from Da Zhou Trading in Clementi.
