OK, i now have it all finished, hooked up and under test run. One small leak, which has been fixed. The Rio 1100 pump is too strong and it caused the Rowalith to start fluidising, so I installed a $5 ball valve in the recirculation plumbing to slow the flow - now it is perfect.

Real reefs don't have glass bottoms....(...think about it)

Milwaukee pH controller. Currently reading 7.6 after an one hour operating. pH in reactor chamber should be 6.3 - 6.5 when operating nromally (takes a day or two to get down to this). After 3 hours of operation, it had already come down to 6.9
