Those are industrial fixtures. They are extremely heavy and bulky. Not to mention the bulb is not suitable.

You can ask Spiderone. He bought one really cheap in Serangoon North, I think.

They are both industrial lights. As far as i know the high bay is used high-up, for example warehouse lighting, whilst the low bay, (suprisingly)is used at low level to light a specific area.

The low bay units contain the ballast etc within the case, hence the weight. Still no problem to mount on suitable brackets.

Cheap MH is equally efficient as long as the k-temp is right.

BUT BE CAREFUL if you buy DE MH. I bought a cheap 150W DE 10kk MH set in April. The impression from what I read here at that time was as long as there is glass, especially those "frosted", UV will be shielded. And that the glass that comes with the fixture is a UV-shield.

After a few months of observations and 3 mh bulbs (2 sylvania and 1 BLV) and many dead corals (those that are directly under the MH), I realised that there was still too much UV.

This is especially obvious with my current acro, the exposed horizontal portions that are facing the direct focus died off, while the underneath (same branch) are still alive and well. The other sps & lps that are outside the direct focus are well.

When I used a piece of UV-shield (which Orgasbt gave me) to shield the bulb, I can see the coral respond better to the direct light.

This is the reason for my change to a SE MH which the bulb has built in

UV shield.
