There will be pictures coming soon, the H&S is still breaking in. I only installed it on saturday after the new sump was installed. I'll post some photos soon, have to go to Tokyo for a couple of days in the morning.

The only return pump apart from a Resun I could find was a Eheim 1262, nothing really pressure rated at all. I don't think the return flow is good enough, so I'm looking out for a new pump, or double up the 1262. Atleast its alot quieter now the MD-55 has gone. :)
