but a needlewheel skimmer is a needle wheel skimmer because the pump is needle wheel mah......haha

so if you change pump then i dunno if its called needle wheel skimmer anymore...

Any idea if a replacement needlewheel pump is available? and how much?

I believe u can get a replacement pump and even the needle wheel attachement

The last time i asked some shops they said they have the pump, guess u ahve to ask around.... but my pump is in good working condition....

call me leh...... i have so many PMs but no firm offers.... cant believe it....

Macro Needle wheel Skimmer A150 - $40(comes with pump)- Is this a protien skimmer? What is the two pipe, green and clear for? This an external and what is the flow rate?

I want to use it on my 2 ft marine tank can?

The skimmer can easily support up to a 2feet cube, so i think thats about 200Litres

The green tube is the intake pipe, so u connect the pump's output to it, the clear pipe is the output pipe from the skimmer, supposedly where the clean water comes out after it has gone through the skimming process

I'm not too sure about the flow rate though

The skimmer can be used externally and it can be hanged on also....
