Maybe u can go ask cos i think it maybe a T3NO and not HO u need to comfirm tis.and solite is is surely over 100 for the HO one i wanted to buy at first then too ex for mi liao so get a DIY one frm a kind bro.

NO is atually high output NO is normal output,HO for 3ft i think is 39w and for NO i forget liao but is lower.Ho give u better intensity and i also not very expert but i reasd up on the lighting articles maybe u can try go see under the forum to serach for lighting to know more.

hi guys,

you can get a 3ft High Output T5 light fixture at Nature aquarium along balestier for just over $100, about $120 for the two tubes and $140 for the three tubes version. They are encased in an Atman light casing. cheaper if without the FW tubes they provide.
