SRC Member spaceman Posted July 17, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted July 17, 2006 Just got some Caribbean's fish from Iwarna. They are really stress and exhausted. worse, not eating... My sis laugh and joked that they are all jet-lagged!!! I realised that could be a factor since they are from America!! Anyone also think so? and how to help them adjust to Singapore timing!! SRC Member iantoh Posted July 17, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted July 17, 2006 hi there bro, if you got either the royal grammas or black caps, they'll hide for a couple of days. try squirting frozen mysids into its direction (either past its borrow or hiding place) and it should venture to eat a few. cheers, ian Quote My Goniopora Nano! SRC Member neokn Posted July 17, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted July 17, 2006 Nope, they don't really suffer from Jet-lag. Most RG n BC will hide themselves for a couple of days to week before they reappear to eat or scout around (depends very much on the new tank n tankmate) So just let them be, they can go well w/o food for a couple of days. You only need to start worrying when they don't start sneaking around in 3 days.
chtan23
Try cyclopzee. My royal gamma starts to eat cyclopzee on the first day. 2nd day, frozen mysis float by and it eat too.
