OIC, we normally refer it to lemon peel angel. it is fine to keep with Emperor Angel. but it shall be in the tank first to avoid aggression.

who is bigger size? emperor or lemon peel?

is it possible to catch your lemon peel? mine always eat near the surface...

if the emperor is smaller then try to catch the lomon peel (must be healthy and eating well to endure the stress), put the lemon peel in a beta box and introduce the emperor into the tank...

if the emperor is bigger size and it is eating, just introduce it in tank tank will be fine...
