Hehe... bought the 2 pieces from a kind reefer... not good to reveal price lah :lol: But I think they are quite rare :huh: ... still opening up... will post more pix of it... oh can't wait to see it fluoresce under blue light :lol:

Archie (real name Arqi Angel... I think) from Irwana Caribbean shipment... Purple Gonio from Golden Octo... but the colour not very nice under blue light lor... doesn't glow :(

jervis. . dun copycat me go buy deltec FR leh. . :lol: jk jk. . anyway i dun think its worth the money spending $450 on a deltec Fr when its a simple piece of equipment. :)

might as well go buy deltec SKIMMER.

Instead of using aquabee 1000, u can consider eheim compact300 or compact600. Super tiny pump.

No lah... RD selling around $300 only :lol: I'm sure there is a difference... right now I just need the most reliable FR that will provide even flow and will not clog so easily... from my past experience... AM Phosphatfiler out... Phosban Reactor 150 out...

And no... I can't get a Deltec skimmer as I do not have a sump... ;)

lol. . so far my Deltec FR never clogged b4. . but price wise :blink:

since u are coming up with ur new project, u will get to use the skimmer in future, just order and admire first.

btw first time i heard of FR getting clogged. Coral Labs FR is damn bloody good (i use b4), and chamber is damn bloody big as well. Must have the space for it though.

It can also be the Media I am using... the whole PURA COMPLETE sorta become a solid chunk leh... PURA COMPLETE is a mixture of activated carbon and anti-phosphate media... so the activated carbon will float and dance on the surface while the anti-phosphate stay intact at the bottom... blocking flow ;)

No wonder algae is back... I thought I changed too much water <_<

Switch to Rowa phos. . problem solved! By far, Rowa still the best phosphate remover.

The skeleton looks a bit odd though... it looks like my Prata's skeleton... :heh:

But the Purple Gonio looks kinda disappointing under blue light <_< I hope it will look better when I change one of my Blue tubes to Actinic next week.

Haha I do not have MH bro... BLUE is the concept of my tank... I wan't to achieve a NEON tank as I enjoy watching the tank in BLUE instead of WHITE :lol:

check ur skimmer lor. if got red pigment mean ur fishes having period haha.

no lah, the coral lose their dye. doesnt look dye anyway

u sld have took the rest of his corals too. . . its all in good condition. :) especially the rock of rics. . which he paid more than 1k for it.

I know... his corals all very healthy... but he is not keen in selling the corals yet as he is trying to sell everything (together with his tank/equipments) as a package... anyway... I might not even be able to afford it lah... even with 50% discount that rock of Rics still costs $500+ :shock:
