Pump for sump tank

Recommend me a pump for my sump that has flow rate of 3000+L/hr (is this powerful enough)

This is because the height difference between main tank and sump height is 5ft high.

There will be at least three 90 degree turns for the piping

I jus wanna know the power of the pump to buy for the above tank combination.
