how to know whether rowa can still be used?

some one gave me some unused Rowa but it is not damp any more and when i added in to my FR, the water is clear and never change to brown colour

pls help

rowa loses it's effectiveness if it is allow to dry up.

the most accurate way is to use a testkit and measure the water after coming from ur FR.

2x1.5x1.5 tank

Lighting: AI hydra 52HD

Skimmer: Deltec SC 1455

Reactor: Minimax; rowaphos

Skimz  ; NP biopellets

Wave Maker: MP 40 WQD

Return pump: Eheim 1262

Chiller: Arctica 1/10 hp
