How to keep marine algae/plant

Recommended Posts

You can grow them in your tank, why not? Addition of plant food and iron would be required. But be aware of the fern like caulerpa, they can kill corals. But for display tank, I would suggest the red plants (with bits of grapes on its branches). They look nice in a reef aquarium. Be sure to harvest some when they overgrown. Either throw away or use it to feed herbivore fishes from other tank if you have.
