Sounds like diatoms...Common during the maturing of your tank...there are many algae cycles that a tank will go thru...given time and patience..they should go away..

I learnt from a webby that Cerith and Nerite snail can be used to control diatom effectively.

Someone told me PR selling Cerith while Nerite can be collected at ECP breakwaters

So may go down to PR tomorrow after knocking off. But any idea what time does PR open till?

Erm...not sure...Think 8-9 it should still be open...Cause heard of ppl going there during night time to choose clams from the last clam shipment...not sure after that...

Always something more important than fish.

Lucky me.. call PR using the number given by Flubberina13 and they say that the snail is out of stock..

So anyone still have the Cerith Snail to sell??
