hi all,

my friend is currently using a CL650 to chill his 3ft tank. he is thinking of upgrading to a better chiller due to the noise level produced by his current chiller. would like to have bros out here views on TECO and ARTICA chillers and which is quieter.. performance wise not too impt to my friend as both are good chiller yeah?

I heard Arctica is more silent... if money is not a problem... the choice is pretty obvious :)
