What the heck is this ?!!? On My clown Fish

I notice my Maroon Clown fish swimming like a blur twig ... and rubbing on rocks and keep getting shrimp to nimble on it ..

then Only i notice some thing LUMPY on the fish .. i spend 1hrs Trying to grab it it dodge here and there and hide in holes etc finally caught it

and PLY a bug off the fish wat is it ? will it caught harm .. not its back to its usual self ... and do i kill the things or is it a helpful parasite .. its not in another container is there such thing as SEA FLEA ?

Parasitic isopod. It's something like a flea. No such thing as a good parasite. Suggest you kill it.
