T5 - S.O.S. Advice needed please

Marine Gurus! Will appreciate any advise and help on T5 Flourescence tubes.

I have heard of T5's being mentioned quite often these days but have absolutely no idea what these are. Stupid questions as follows -

- What are T5's?

- Where can I get these in S'pore?

- How much do these costs?

- I am thinking of upgrading my aging system. How are T5's vs MH? Which should I go for if cost is not a problem.

- Are T5's for Softies, LPS or SPS?

james lai?! are u the real one?? t5's are a certain kind of tubes that are more powerful then the normal FL tubes... come in diff wattages for diff sized tanks.. can check our sponsor for the wattage and price... T5's can be used to support softies and lps without much problem but SPS and clams need MH.. hmmmm personally, i think MH is the best buy! might be slightly expensive BUT u get the best bang for your buck!
