10mm tank

ive just ordered a tank with 10mm glass 3 feet X 1.5 feet X 2 feet high with bracing.

is this tank thick enough for a dsb and abt 15-18kg og LR??

i got one 2.5 x1.8x1.8, brand cadide curve glass on the both side, white with cover and cabinet $280 plus one external canister filter . Now regret, canister in the store room and going to tear down the canopy (cover) and replaced with overhead FL light. Their design of fish tank is very nice looking but unfortunately can't upgrade due to space constraint. As for mine, i've drill a hole and build

a sump for the overflow.

It is way too expensive,

I got mind 3.5ft x 2ft x 2ft + cabinet + sump + piping + airpump for slightly more than $400/- only

My tank cost me a mere $50/-/ However it it only a 8mm glass thickness only

Damn.. need 10mm? Me last time stupid stupid one go buy tank for LH, see cheap cheap buy it... now i go measure like only 5mm for my 3 ft tank. The thickness is referring to the side right? or bottom?

10mm for 3ft is more than enough. I had a 3x2x2 ft tank using 10mm glass for 12yrs. Jst before i threw it away, the tank is still beri solid. I got that tank made at Sxxn Hxxg Aquarium at Hougang St21
