SRC Member Melvyn Tan Posted May 25, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted May 25, 2006 Agree absolutely...maybe you can try some other websites where they will provide feedback on h&s. I personally find them to be very good in terms of design, construction and in my view the epoch in needlewheel based skimmers. Very strong synergistic skimmer. SRC Member zorden Posted May 29, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted May 29, 2006 anyway having a good skimmer can prevent No3 from climbing up.. i have a good skimmer with no other no3 remover like aquamedic denitrate .. just a simple good skimmer with 2 inch deep sand bed and ofcoz LR with around 4 tangs, 8 other misc fish..for my 450+ litres tank.. and my no3 is 0 btw..do not add in one big skimmer let me immediiately as my water become "pristine" to fast and my yumas suffer and melt away...
