(Camel) shrimp

Hi

Does anyone know of a good way to get shrimps out instead of hiding?

I have 1 camel shrimp but it is always hiding...just like i've got no shrimp @ all.

I will buy another one to keep it company soon...

they eat mushrooms, zooanthids, LPS......

Does it do well with other shrimps like fire shrimp?

it leaves my cleaners and fire shrimps alone...

tot it was the peppermint shrimp which prey on aiptasia.

huh! i got a few (i think 4) Camel Shrimp, 5 nos cleaner and (loving pair) of boxing shrimp in my tank... But hor...... my mushroom nothing wrong leh.... all have been in my tank more then 6 months...

I had camel shrimps, they were always ripping apart my softies last time... they just love my yellow polyps and zooanthids!

When the last one died, I celebrated. My newbie days of course, didn't research... paid the price.

how long is their lifespan in captivity?

can't wait till mine dies...

they were behaving for a long while....

then i introduced in a orange prata,

next thing i know...

they attacked the prata

and started eating mushies, then when i removed the prata...

they started on the octopus

if my tank were smaller, it'll be easier to catch them.

they have way too much space and LR in my tank now.

hate them hate them!!!

might be gratifying to just feed them, no?
