tested my phos level yesterday, no idea if the reading is accurate a not, but it reads 1 on salifert phos kit. 0.10 is like critical. hmmm. any idea how to reduce the phos level?

1.0 is bad... are you using Salifert? As I find them very accurate. If I remember correctly you are running some phosphate removal media using FR right? It's time to change media Mind sharing with us more details on your FR/media?

my baby naso, got a patch of white thing at the back. looks circular, translucent white, with something solid in the middle. like some barnacle or something. any idea what this is?

i dunno. i saw mY BT scratching itself yesterday, and that is about it. then his morning saw that on my naso.

last 2 weeks the only foreign water introduction is from AM. never had any problem with their water.

Isopod Parasite... So far I only encounter this once.. I hypo the fish.. Let the Isopod die itself... or you can FW dip the fish... But will be very stressed on the fish...

if left unattended, will harm the fish? as in will the parasite kill off the fish? cos i am having a 5 day camp starting tomorrow, and unable to do anything to it.. no idea how the parasite got introduced into the tank...

I had It once .. I just fish the fish up and Rip it off its back ... when its attach its keep scratching !

so i remove for it .. but its really attach it self to the fish body use a needle or something to irriate it .

Mine came off by itself or the fish managed to get it off. I only had it for 1/2 day on one of my Tangs and I was unable to fish my Tang out. It was gone in the evening.

i had it once also. was on my damsel. caught the damsel within a day and FW it. that thing came off.

but now as i am unable to be back home, so no idea what will happen to it.

Bro Colin... despite what bro Lyz77 suggested (with good intentions and optimism)... I recommend you find out the cause of the fungal/parasite/disease outbreak... it seems to me that you have been experiencing a "not-too-smooth-ride" since the beginning of the setup... so perhaps you may want to let things settle down a bit more
