Yeah the colour is getting more and more intensed... woot :yeah::yeah::yeah:

realised dat my coraline seems to be dying off. red slime oso starting to appear again. browning of the rocks too... seems like diatoms. everything else still doing fine. i checked phos level, its at zero.

any idea wat could be causing this??? kH???

i set my chiller at 26.. so it will kick in 28, average temp around 27...

no idea if cooler temps will bring bout better colouration, but i do know lower temps bring bout better coral health!

Yup.. The colder temp will help to intensify the colour for the corals.. Esp for SPS. but it do for LPS as well. :D

so the best temperature to have the tank at is at...?

The best is between 25ºC to 27ºC :heh:

Last time this reefer called MAX or something staying at sengkang told me.

When U measure Phosphate, its only wat is present in the water, there is a lot that is hiding in the rocks. Use a small power head to blow at all yr LR, change a new Phospahte remover. Within one week all shd be cleared.

totally haven had the time to come here.. finally.. haha..

algae bloomed pretty bad, decided to clean up my tank over christmas (today) and took the chance to change the SB to grade 5 (i thnk its grade 5).. looks pretty not bad!
