Hello everybody,

few questions. my cleaner shrimp molted.

1. Why does shrimp molt?

2. Does molting indicate that the water parameter is good? i read tat in order for shrimp to molt, it depends on idodine etc.

3. Does shrimp molt when it is stress out?

I can't answer all your questions. Molting is a good thing, shrimps need to molt to grow bigger. Yes, they need Iodine to molt.
