any coral will spread?

zoos can grow.. but slow...

coralline can spread really quick if u have the right dose....

all corals will propogate at certain periods... there is this table to the left column of this forum... at the botom, you'll see "LUNAR PHRASE" (CORAL HANKY PANKY TIME...) . and after a while, their "seeds" will be scattered all over the ocean... but it will take a long time to see anything significant sprouting out.

as to wat corals will spread? so far, i have witness sun corals multipying in tanks... and mushrooms as well.

Depending on the parameters you provide, coral will propagate by themself. Though some will grow faster than the others.

If you take zoo, Starburst, i.e colony coral, they generally propagate the fastest as compare to the rest.

For zoo, stick it real close to the LR that you want it to grow, it will spread it in 3 mths time. Starburst in also 3 mths if you provide good flow.

Other corals will grow but requires some kind of fragging and sticking for them to actually spread.

Coral spawning is rare in tanks.

All will happens if conditions is right. Most reports 6500K lights are the best for propagation but looks yellow...

star polys grow like wild fire if conditions are right, same thing for clove polys...based on what is happening to my tank now
