Lighting for 5ft by 3ft by 2.5ft

What are the best lighting for a full 5ft x 3ft x 2.5 ft SPS tank? Thinking of getting 2 x 400watt MH and 4 x 54watt t5. Is enough for the sps? or should i get 3 x 250wat MH with 4x 54watt T5?

I think Scarab also runs 3*250 W MHs and some T5s for his 3.5 feet tank, and he has great results to show. So I'd go for that. I think 2x250W would be the minimum to consider.
