I have a 3ft canister filter for my marine tank.. which is 3 tray... may i knoww whats the best item to add in?

biohome is the same as bioball? correct me if i'm wrong

beside biological substrate,u can also put in some chemical filtration products like carbon & PO4 removal media

NonO... much much better product........

bioball's surface area is only 200 sq ft per kg

while biohome plus is 7300 sq ft per kg......

my canister setup for your reference

1: filter wool

2: filter wool

3: seachem's purigen and aquapharm's purII

4: 1 L of seachem's matrix

Does Seachem purigen works? Some said it's useless...I have yet to try that so do not know...can someone please verify and give us more info please...

for my canister ,

i used rowasponge which is a combination of rowaphos and carbon in a sponge .

one piece a week. reef depot retail it at 49 dollars for 5 pieces.

1.5kg of biohome ehich cost nearly 50 dollars . i think around 15 dollars for 300g. C328/petmart.

some coarse fiter to filter out large debris .

some claimed seachem denitrate works, but a flow flow rate must be accompany and employ. any eheim authorised dealer will have it .

PURA nitratelock is another alternative to control nitrate as it can be regerated and used for approximate 2 years . Reef depot have it .

may i know if hendry shop or which shop at clementi 328 can help me? cause here too many suggestions le.. can't really make up my mind maybe i can go to 1 of the shop and check out the price too
