Cloudy Water

Goodday to all,

A beginner's question. After rinsing sand (not thorough rinising) and putting it into virgin main tank, water still rather cloudy after abt 24hrs. Is it normal? If yes how long will it take to clear up or is there any other way to rectify this problem.

Activated carbon already placed in filter chamber.

Just hang on there.. it should clear off after the cycling phase.. :)

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?

either bacteria boom or ionic imbalance or particle of sand.

if u are cycling , just leave it
