I always have this problem that when feeding BS of MS, it tends to flow into the overflow box!

Is it a must off the return pump while feeding or is there a better way to prevent the food from going into the overflow box! :erm:

:thanks:

Point the powerhead on opp side of the OF box towards the mid section of the back of tank. Water on surface will circulate clockwise if the OF is on right side of tank. Put MS away from the powerhead and they will swirl towards the powerhead instead of straight into the OF box. This way fishes will eat them before they reach the PF box. But inevitably some will still get into the box. Hope this help. good lcuk bro.

my hungry fish eat all the food before it goes down the overflow. I feed enought so that it is all finished within 1-2 minutes, but feed twice a day

Real reefs don't have glass bottoms....(...think about it)
