Sea World

I'm was so eager to go to Sea World when it was my next itinerary. We reached there exactly 10am (its opening time) by car.

1st item we had checked out was Reef discovery. It shown a short documentary on the world largest coral reef, great barrier reef. Followed by a suprise reveal behind the screen- a large aquarium.

Explaning the ecosystem of marine life and human exploitation of the sea (e.g. overfishing, oil pollution), result certain extent of extinction of marine species.

Next, I went to the aquarium exhibit, I was quite disappointed by what I saw. As they use dead corals for its aquascaping on most of the display tanks.

Despite that, I believe that their main objective is to educate the public to be more aware of the marine environment. It show marine species that commonly found around australia coast.

I am disappointed to see fake corals in your pic.

but as u may indicate, they are trying to converse the

environment, so using fake is the right way to go.

(n no maintenance n worry abt lights.. n save costs)

me keen to go cairns n see the barrier reef for myself.

after seeing the boring grand canyon, this another great

wonder of the world interests me..
