WTS: Spoilt Chiller

Have this atman chiller model cs-160CIRV.. not sure how many HP but it says 195W 0.95A with box but no more warranty..

but not sure what isn't working.. the LCD keeps flashing i think 40 degress if i remember correctly thus unable to detect the temperature properly so resulting in the chiller always on as the temperature cannot be detected..

not sure if anyone wants it for spare parts or as a huge paper weight.. just trying my luck rather than throwing it away..
