I got a ball check valve at $30+.. around $35 I think for the 1".. No metal parts.

I'm just curious whats the difference with the one you are looking for. As in why the extra thing sticking out.

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?

Bro the check valve he looking for suppose to be better than check ball vavle. But for me I'd rather drill a hole from the return piping but need regular servicing so that can prevent any stuff from blocking the hole.

i bought the ball check valve from Hong Seng the other day.. set it up and ran it.. but then now it creates another problem...

the problem is that it keeps emitting the knocking sound (due to the ball inside the valve)... like some table tennis ball bouncing on the table like that...

Bro arcanehacker: u encounter the same problem?

and bro Guzen: whats BOA? (sorry for my ignorance  )

True.. ;) .. I'm still wondering how to fix that. It should occur when your flow is very strong. I was thinking of getting some rubber piece and pad the inside walls of that ball valve. Should be possible.

BOA? ... hmm.. bank of america? .. I think Singaporeans use too much abreviations. Every single thing is abreviated until there are lap/duplicates. Last I saw IP somewhere and to people like me, I tot was Internet Protocol. But in that situation its not. :P
