hi i am trying to diy my T8 tube for my 6ft but encounter some problems..

i am using a 3 ft tube 30W and tried fixing on a 40w M Ballast.. is it ok? and some problems with the wiring coneections as well coz i trip my home electricity three times...... please advice :pinch:
