I'm considering one for a 2ft tank.

Comparing the Macro AS100P and the Dymax Sawtooth Blade LS10 series skimmer, which is better in terms of performace and pump?

- Is there a problem with water level adjustment in sump for the Macro one?

- Which is noisier?

- How long will the pump last without giving problem?

- Which one got pump replacement problem?

Thanks.

IMO Dymax skimmers are pretty new... not many have tried it yet.

I don't see much of a problem with water level for the Macro ones. Noise wise its pretty quiet for a huge one.. mine is a AS-300.

as with all needlewheel, replacement is pretty hard to find.. unless you have contacts.

If you interested in Macro can PM me.. I have a pretty new AS-300.

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?

Thanks for the info and offer. 300 series too big for me.

Dymax is made in S'pore right compare to Macro which is Taiwan??? If made in S'pore, maybe can have spare parts.

More inputs pls.
