To use UV or Ozoniser to reduce Ich problem?

To bros out there...

l'm new to this hobby and now in the process of cycling my tank.

Understand the potential danger ICH can cause to LS, can anyone share yr personal preference/experience on using a UV or ozoniser to reduce Ich & other bacterial/parasitic problems?

Heard tt ozoniser is a better option but it also gives out little harmful ozone gases into our environment. For UV, it kills both good & bad bacterias. Sigh... :unsure:
