Hi guys,

Wondering if anyone can help with the above. I am experiencing some white stuff on the glass surface. Its really small, like 1 mm for each organism. Have no idea what it is. No camera to take a picture. So hopefully some bro who have experienced it before can let me know and whether its detrimental to the reef system.

Oh yah, Just some insight, I had this major ich infection that killed all my fish. Now its fishless, so could it be the ich just on the glass surface?

Thanks

Sorry anyone knows how to have more of this "pods" growth. Because I once had a lof of them on the glass. Then after I scrap the glass to remove algae, the pods growth was wiped out as welll, and they took a while to grow back but there seems not as many as before. So how to encourage the growth??? Thanks.

err do they move?

cos my tank i haf white coco tubeworms growing EVERYWHERE...as long as i dun scrub on a particularly part CONFIRM got white cocotubeworm growing

i never bluff you, ask those bro's who came over to my place before, they start off small and dun move like some dirt speck on your glass, then as they grow, u start to notice the feathers.

so if yours is coco tubeworms, i suggest u leave it cos its good!

Hi all, Mine is some white stuff moving on the glass surface. Its really very very small, definitely look like pods.. They have something like a cockcroach body. so can someone confirm that they are pods?

Cheers!

Yes the white things that looks like insects, they crawl around on th glass like insects yes these are pods. The question is how to increase their growth, can we add anything to increase the growth (the number of them, becuase I don't see an population explosion) as now I can only see a few crawling behind the betta tank. Sometimes I can see like lots crawling there and sometimes I don't see any?? Any expert to advise. :yeah:
