Seems like the skeleton has been exposed for quite some time liao as there's algae on them. Will need lots of care inorder to bloom thu but am sure you are capable of that :D

Nice yumas btw :P

Best not to have direct mh on it. Mine got burn. Some say must slowly introduce lightings.

Emm... yeah I will make sure it survives :lol: So is this considered an unhealthy specimen? :sick:

Prefer this photo. The blue one only good to look at night IMO.

Cool. Finally get to see the "true colours"....

Hehe... the problem with my digital camera is... not very good at controlling the MH brightness. The photo will look green, so have to do major photoshop still doesn't look right. Will try another camera tonight.

But my aim is to have a tank full of colours under actinic blue :lol:

Hehe, my digicam is 8.0 Megapixel. So shoot and crop to size lor. The Bubble is about 20cm from glass panel. Hehe... if you like, I will do more macro shot and get a new camara (for that matter) :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Here's how my Green Goniopora been extending so far... 2+ hours of MH... kinda slow actually, hopefully it is not a bad sign coz this specimen is so so green!

Erm, heard that the coral's flesh will not grow over parts that have been covered by algae. Some reefers actually snip off the algae covered parts. Did you buy the prata in that condition?

It will grow new skeleton if u have enuff calcium which i believe u do. Relax it will still open. Keep it and take good care of it.

I really really want to have something red/pink in my tank... so this piece shall not fail :angry: I do have sufficient Calcium and I will further bring down my Phosphate so that the algae will have no nutrients to spread further... let me add some more Antiphos :nc:
